Our specialty is assisting clients who do not meet normal lending criteria, and with a choice of non-conforming lenders on our lender panel, We can find a solution for our clients in most circumstances.

At THF we are not aligned directly with anyone lending institution. We can compare 100's of loans from our panel of over 25 lenders, to find you the right home loan for your situation. We work to help my clients find the best possible loan that they qualify for, with an emphasis on excellent customer service.

We also specialise in First Home Buyers and guide them through the process of buying or constructing their first home and 'hold their hand' through to their moving into their first home. We assist many new to the country clients and advise them on the process of purchasing a home, and even offer my knowledge of Perth suburbs and surrounding areas.

Meet the Team

Mark has worked in the finance and banking industry for over 35 years. As a result of his experience, he has a thorough understanding of the inside workings of major lenders, in addition to an understanding of structuring banking and lending correctly. He has an excellent understanding of financial economics and combined with WA property market knowledge, can speak to investors with confidence regarding their property investment plans, giving clients the comfort they are indeed dealing with a professional.

Vivienne has worked in various financial services and gained different experiences from her previous careers.

Vivienne has completed her Diploma in Finance broking management and has become a finance broker herself to create values for Australian consumers. She is a strong believer of “a penny saved is a penny earned”. She trusts that through the right education and advice, her clients can achieve their financial goals sooner and protect their finances better.
